service.

These terms apply to one-to-one online lessons and admissions support provided by ELT School to families in Singapore. ELT School is operated by ELT Education Inc. (Tokyo, Japan), the contracting party for all lessons.

  1. Contracting partyELT Education Inc., 5-32-12 Shiba, Minato City, Tokyo 108-0014, Japan. The contract is made with the parent or guardian on behalf of the student.
  2. ServicesOne-to-one online lessons, and admissions support where agreed in writing. ELT has no classroom in Singapore.
  3. Fees and paymentFees are in Singapore dollars, as shown on the fees page and in your written plan. （to be confirmed）
  4. Booking and changesLessons are booked in Singapore time. Changes require （to be confirmed） notice.
  5. Cancellation, pause and refunds（to be confirmed）
  6. No guarantee of admission or resultsSchools decide admissions. ELT does not guarantee a place, a test score or an exam result.
  7. Referral feesELT may receive a referral fee from partner schools, and from guardianship providers on our list. We tell you which suggested schools and providers are partners, and referral fees do not change the order in which we suggest schools.
  8. GuardianshipELT does not act as or arrange a guardian. Any guardianship contract is between you and the provider you choose.
  9. Online lessons and safeguardingLessons take place on （to be confirmed）. ELT checks the identity of every tutor; tutors in the UK have a DBS check. Lessons are recorded only with a parent's or guardian's consent. Parents are welcome to join a lesson when needed, but we do not ask them to attend every lesson, as many students focus better on their own.
