05 / Questions

Maths lessons: common questions.

Does the tutor follow the methods taught at school?

Yes. The tutor works from your child's course and exam board, so methods and notation match what the school expects.

Can you help with the IB Maths internal assessment?

Yes: finding a manageable topic, the mathematics behind it and comments on drafts, within the IB's rules on outside help.

Can maths lessons be part of entrance test preparation?

Yes. For a move to a UK boarding school, maths usually sits inside one boarding school preparation plan.
