# 11+ and 13+, one to one.

This course is for Singapore families whose child is applying to UK independent schools at 11+ (Year 7) or 13+ (Year 9). Specialist tutors teach the English, maths and science these exams test, one to one and online, in the format of each school's own exam or Common Entrance.

## English, maths and science.

| Reasoning | Verbal and non-verbal reasoning where schools test it |

## Weekly, with a plan.

1. **Assessment**: A first lesson shows where your child is now in each part of the exams.
2. **Weekly lessons**: One-to-one, online, with tutors in Japan (one hour ahead) or the UK, after school and at weekends in Singapore time.
3. **Records and reports**: A written note after each lesson and a report to parents every (to be confirmed).
4. **Before the exam**: Timed practice in the format, and a final review with your coordinator.

## Working back from September.

UK entry is in September. Your coordinator maps your child's Singapore year to the UK year group and works back from each school's registration deadline and exam dates. We do not promise a result or a fixed length of preparation.
