# How we report results.

ELT School publishes only outcomes we have counted. Every figure on this page states the year, the number of students it is based on and how the outcome is defined. Family stories appear only with the family's written consent, together with the service they received and when.

## Counted outcomes.

The table lists the outcomes we intend to report for students in Hong Kong. A value appears only when it can be stated with its year, the number of students counted and a definition.

**How we count**

- We count every student in the group, not only those who did well.
- Each figure states the year and the number of students it is based on.
- Each outcome has a written definition — for example, what counts as an offer.
- Figures describe past groups. They are not a prediction or a guarantee for any student.
- Outcomes appear only once they have been counted. Until then this table stays empty.

## Family stories.

Each story is shared with the family's written consent. It states the service the student received and the period, and any change of name or photo is shown next to it. The cards below show the layout; they will be filled only with verified stories.

## What we do not publish.

1. **No fabricated reviews**: We do not write or buy reviews. Every testimonial comes from a real family, with written consent; if we shorten or edit the wording, the family approves it first.
2. **No names on stock photos**: Photos of students and settings on this site are scene images. We never place a name, quote, grade or school beside them.
3. **No uncounted claims**: We do not publish success rates, rankings or totals that we cannot state with a year, a number of students and a definition.
